Cookies
This site sets no cookie and writes nothing to local storage. The town, night and settings you choose live in the page, and in its address once you change them, so that a share link reopens the same answer.
The live feeds
Your browser fetches the Kp forecast and the OVATION grid from services.swpc.noaa.gov, and the cloud forecast from api.weather.gov or api.met.no. These requests carry no cookie from this site. Those services may log the request like any web server; their own policies apply.
Why there is no consent banner
A banner is needed when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary. Nothing of the kind happens here. The stability monitoring by Microsoft Clarity described in the privacy policy runs in a cookie-free mode.
Check it yourself
Open the developer tools of your browser (F12 on most computers), then the Application or Storage tab: Cookies and Local Storage stay empty for this site while you use the forecast. The Network tab shows the three feeds named above and nothing else leaving the page.

Forecast, not a promise: the Kp forecast is issued for three-hour blocks and storms arrive early, late or not at all; clouds move faster than any forecast. The answer is a rule applied to public data, explained on the method page, and it is for guidance only: it does not replace the official SWPC alerts or your own look at the sky.
